Kaltenbach APS KPS 506

Kaltenbach punch and shear line KPS 506 for the quick and economical processing of top plates, foot plates and connecting plates. The CNC controlled punch and shear system has an automatic material feeder, a marking device and a discharge device for the finished steel plates. The Kaltenbach punching shear system is in very good condition.
The shearing unit is angle-adjustable for bevel cuts.
Working range: flat steel width min. 50 mm to max. 500 mm, material thickness min. 5 mm to max. 25 mm
The punching unit with a punching force of 1250 kN has an automatic 6-fold tool changer for the punching tools, e.g. Round punches, long hole punches etc. with a punch diameter min. 5 mm to max. 40 mm.
Positioning drive punching unit 2.2 kW
The flat steel shear unit has a shearing force of 2200 kN with an NC controlled mitre unit.
