Peddinghaus CNC controlled beam saw drill line DSC300 D with disc saw for 90° cut, saw blade size 630 mm, incl. signomat, roller feed measuring system, 3 drill spindles for HHS inner coolant drills Ø =8-27 mm, incl. infeed and outfeed roller conveyor. This small saw drill line is especially adapted for starting with CNC production at steel construction companies or as a second machine for big steel construction companies for working efficiently on small beams.

The saw-/drill line DSC300 D is the ideal production line for small and medeium-sized steel fabricators. The maschine also represents an efficient back-up for large scale fabricators, where sawing and drilling lines accommodating sections up to 1.000 mm in width are already in operation. This serves to greatly improve production.
The DSC300 D rationalises the light steel construction, the production of agricultural machinery and vehicles, the boiler and container construction, the conveyor system construction and many production areas. In machine building companies it is used in prefabrication.
It is also economical for all companys, which work with sectional steel and rectangular pipes.

Construction features: Base frame with structure in stable plate construction, vertical drilling unit with a spindle; two horizontal drilling units with one spindle for each, all drilling units with max. 27 mm diameter; with infinitely variable hydraulic drill feed; with automatic drilling; on request drill spindles with inner cooling; automatic hold-down devices in the inlet and outlet; horizontal clamping cylinders; zero point control; Vertically operating cold circular saw with infinitely variable hydraulic feed; as standard air cooling for the saw blade; 4-axis CNC control from Siemens. On request control as a two-station system with integrated personal computer. This makes the system suitable for workshop programming.

The vertically operating cold circular saw is precisely guided; it is designed for a saw blade diameter of 630 mm; the air cooling for the saw blade results in shorter saw times and high saw blade life.

Length measuring system:
The length measuring system has two movable measuring discs, which are wear-free thanks to their hardened and ground running surfaces. The measuring discs operate independently from the feed and measure only the actual carrier movement.

Software:
The software offers operator guidance with extensive support functions: configurable system and machine data. User files for profiles, tools and hole patterns. Simple and safe description of workpieces; optionally graphical or numerical representation of the workpieces. Clear management of the workpieces with many supporting functions: backup, copy, delete, transfer and also a sequence optimization and implementation in the machine language.
