Gietart GW 1500-410

Gietart GW 1500-410 roller conveyor blasting system for blasting sheet metal and profiles. The Gietart blast machine was put into operation in 1998, but has only a few hours of operation. In blasting mode, the system was in operation for about 3,600 hours. The operating hours (switch-on time) amount to approx. 5,300 hours. The system is equipped with 4 jet turbines each with 7.5 kW drive power. The Gietart GW 1500-410 has a special opening of 1600 mm x 800 mm, which is particularly advantageous for blasting larger beam profiles.
The system has an integrated cartridge filter and is equipped with a fully automatic brush blower system.
The blasting machine itself is equipped with a roller table but the outfeed roller system and the infeed roller system are not included.

Should there be a desire for roller tables, Nenok can offer suitable transport roller tables separately.

The blasting machine manufacturer Gietart from Hengelo in Holland has been part of the Kaltenbach Group from Lörrach for several years, so that a very good supply of spare parts is guaranteed.
