Kaltenbach KKS 450 H + KDE 503, saw drill line consisting of a Kaltenbach circular saw and a Kaltenbach drilling system. The drilling machine is equipped with 3 drilling axes. Material transport and material measurement is carried out with a measuring carriage for material lengths of 6 m profiles.
The Kaltenbach KKS 450 H vertical saw has an upward cut and a rotating saw table. This means that diagonal cuts can also be made with this machine. The turning range of the rotary table is 180°.
The saw blade feed is hydraulically adjustable via a feed regulator. The adjustment is possible at any time, even during the sawing process.
The Kaltenbach KKS 450H can saw solid material made of steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals as well as profiles, tubes and flat material. Rectangular and mitre cuts + / - 45° are possible. With this vertical saw it is possible to saw slots.
