Kaltenbach KBS 620 + APS 603

The Kaltenbach KBS 620 APS603 saw drill line from 1999 will be overhauled at Nenok and will be in good condition before delivery.
The combination consists of the Kaltenbach band saw KBS 620 DG and an APS 603 drill line.
The band saw is semi-automatic and equipped with diagonal cutting +/- and suitable for sawing steel profiles.
The saw blade dimensions are 6175 x 41 x 1.3 mm. The cutting speed is infinitely variable in a range of 15 - 90 m / min

The APS drill line has 3 drilling units, one vertical and two horizontal drilling axes. The tool change is carried out by hand with quick release mounts. The drilling diameter is at least 10 mm and a maximum of 40 mm. The tools are cooled by air cooling with oil micro dosing system. A marker for embossing numbers as well as the roller conveyors for material transport are included.
