Kaltenbach KF 2512 CNC Plate Processing Center

The Kaltenbach KF 2512 CNC Plate Cutting and Drilling Center is very well suited for modern steel construction and steel trading. The flat steel machining center is optimally applicable for the production of head plates, connecting plates and foot plates in steel construction. A tear plate processing is also possible.
The system has 2 Autogen burners and 2 plasma burners with Hypertherm HPR 260 plasma source.
The 2 separate drilling units are suitable for use with carbide drills such as KSEM Kennametal drills and solid carbide drills from Hartner and HSS inner coolant drills.
The Kaltenbach sheet metal processing machine, including an infeed roller conveyer which is supplied with a push-pull trolley for 6-meter-long metal sheets and 2 meters of outfeed roller conveyer.
A 2-fold automatic tool changer with 6 positions and a stamping for numbers and letters are available. The tool changer makes it easy and quick to change tools with the SK 40 tool holder. A micro dosing system for the drilling tools is integrated. The imprints of the signing system are still clearly visible even after galvanizing or painting.
With this sheet metal processing center KF 2512 it is possible to mark parts, to drill, to lower, to cut threads, to process tear sheets and to cut them with oxy-fuel and plasma.
Since the spindle speeds and drilling feeds as well as the automatic drill length detection are programmed, you have short programming times.
