Peddinghaus PCD 1100 + Meba 1020 DGP

The Peddinghaus saw-drill line consists of a Peddinghaus PCD 1100 drill line in combination with a Meba 1020 DG mitre band saw for drilling and sawing sectional steel.

The Peddinghaus PCD 1100 drill line perfectly complements the Meba 1020 DG mitre band saw and is sold in exactly this combination, including a transport system for material transport. The drill bits on the 3 drilling axes are changed manually with a quick-change chuck. The Peddinghaus drilling rig from the year of construction 2007 is suitable for the use of Nenok HSS coolant channel drills.

The cutting range for round material is clockwise at 30° the Ø 500 and at 90° Ø 510. Counterclockwise at 30 ° Ø 400 mm , at 90 ° Ø 510
With flat material and 30° clockwise the size is 500 x 510 mm, at 45° 750 x 510 mm and at 90° 1020 x 510 mm.

The band saw is easy to operate and requires only one operator in the combination of sawing and drilling.

The Peddinghaus PCD 1100 profile drilling rig offers the following:

The maximum beam width is 1100 mm but minimum 75 mm. The drilling rig drills with a drilling diameter of 8 - 40 mm with HSS coolant channel drills which can be purchased from Nenok. The drilling rig is equipped with three drilling spindles. A roller table system for material transport is also part of the plant. The length of the inlet side and the outlet side is approx. 13 m each. On the inlet side, there are also 5 cross conveyors, each with a length of 6 m.

The drilling rig and the band saw are connected to each other as machine units by a common measuring system and a Siemens 840 CNC control. Software developed by Peddinghaus is used for user-friendly programming of the machining data. Data transfer from a CAD system is possible with a DSTV and DXF interface.

Peddinghaus drilling saw systems are regarded as robust and reliable in steel construction. Service and spare parts supply, also for used machines, is guaranteed by the worldwide subsidiaries.
