Gietart SPRINT 1.4

Gietart Sprint 1.4 blasting machine for blasting sheet metal, profiles and tubes in combination with a dryer and a paint shop. The continuous blast machine was built in 2007 and has worked in blasting mode for about 2090 hours. The operating hours amount to 2787. There are 4 C380 jet turbines with 11kW each used. The Gietart Sprint 1.4 continuous sandblasting machine is suitable for blasting sheets and profiles with a maximum width of 1600 mm and a maximum workpiece height of 600 mm. Small parts can be processed with a blast basket. Due to its high turbine output, the continuous blasting system is ideally suited for use in steel construction and steel trading. The total connected load approx. 175 kW. The system has an integrated cartridge filter (6 cartridges) and is equipped with a fully automatic brush / blower. Furthermore, the system has a transport system with inlet and outlet roller tables (16 meters inlet and 16 meters outlet). In the outlet there are still 5 pieces of transverse transports with 6 meters length each.
