Voortman V550-6 Punch-shear drilling system

The Voortman V550-6 punching - shearing - drilling machine is suitable for flat steel and angle profiles. The machine is in a very good condition and can be inspected in the running production at short notice.

The machine is equipped with:
- Horizontal punching unit VPH700
- Vertical punching unit VP1100
- Flat shears VPS 2200
- Angle Punch VHS 1000-DC
- Drilling unit VD40 with tool changer VT5/40 and 5 tool places
- Marking unit from below with marking cutter
- Length measuring system with material transport via the Voortman measuring trolley - gripper system
- Transport system with feed roller conveyor - length 15 m, outfeed roller conveyor - length 15 m
- 6 cross transfer on the infeed side, on the outfeed side with component storage

The horizontal punching unit VPH700 has a punching force of 700 kN (70 tons). The maximum punching diameter is 31 mm. The maximum material thickness is 16 mm. The round punch diameters are 6 - 31 mm. The slotted punches can be used in dimensions from 6.5 x 12 mm to 22 x 31 mm.

The vertical punching device VP1100 has a total of 6 punching stations. All 6 of them can be used for flat steel and one for angle steel. Also 6 dies can be used. The punching force of this unit is 1100kN (110 to) . The unit has a hydraulic hold-down device and a mist lubrication system. The maximum punching diameter is 57mm, the maximum material thickness is 15mm or 31mm with a maximum material thickness of 25mm.
The punches 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 can accommodate round punches with a diameter of 6-31 mm and oblong holes from 6.5 x 12 mm - 22 x 31 mm. Punch 4 can accommodate round punches of 6 mm - 57 mm and oblong hole punches of 6.5 x 12 - 22 x 44 mm.

The flat shear VPS 2200 has a capacity of 2,200 kN (220 tons) and can process material with a maximum thickness of 25 mm. The minimum thickness is 5 mm. Material can be processed in a width of 50 - 500 mm.

The angle punch VHS1000-DC has a double shear cut as a special feature. The shearing force is 1.000 kN (100 t).
The material thickness must be at least 5 mm and must not exceed 16 mm. The material width is 50 x 50 to 200 x 200 mm. This unit also has a hydraulic hold-down device.

The drilling unit VD40 is suitable for use with HSS coolant channel drills, KSEM Kennametal drills and Hartner solid carbide drills. It can be used with HSS coolant channel drills in the diameter range 5-40 mm and carbide drills from 12 - 32 mm.
Thread cutting is possible from M6 - M24. The spindle speed is continuously adjustable from 0 - 2,500 rpm. The drilling unit also has the option of a punching function.
