Kaltenbach KD 615

Die Kaltenbach KD 615 Profilbohranlage ist für das Bohren von Stahlprofilen und Flachstahl von minimal 50 x 50 x 5 mm bis maximal 600 x 400 mm ausgelegt. Bei Winkelstahl sind die Bearbeitungsgrößen min. 50 x 50 x 5 mm max. 250 x 250 x 28 mm, bei U-Profilen min. 50 x 25 mm max. 400 x 110 mm und bei H-Profilen min. 80 x 46 mm max. 600 x 400 mm. Die Bohranlage hat 2 horizontale Bohreinheiten und eine vertikale Bohreinheit mit je 7,5 kW Antriebsleistung. Zum Einsatz kommen HSS Kühlkanalbohrer mit einem Bohrdurchmesser von 10 bis 40 mm. Die KD 615 kann Bohren, Ankörnen, Senken und Gewindeschneiden und ist mit einem automatischen Werkzeugwechsler ausgestattet. Die Spindeldrehzahl ist von 200 bis 1.000 U/min, der Bohrvorschub bis 300 mm/min und die Eilgangpositionierung bis 10.000 mm/min. Die Maschinenabmessung ist ca. 4720 x 1820 x 3510 mm und das gewicht ca. 5500 kg. Die KD165 ist meist mit einer KBS Bandsäge kombiniert zu einer Sägebohr-Anlage.
