Intec paint dryer as continuous dryer with drying tunnel for the drying of profiles and sheets after the painting process in the steel construction and steel trade. The Intec paint dryer is equipped with Weishaupt gas burners. The usable width of the drying plant is 2500 mm for sheet metal and 1800 mm for profiles. A chain conveyor transports the painted material during the drying process through the drying tunnel ventilated by hot air. The recirculation volume of the Intec Paint Dryer is 46000 m³ / h and the exhaust air volume 4000 m³ / h. The intec dryer system is equipped with 4 white main burners with natural gas of 50 kW each.

In most cases, an Intec coating system / painting system or a Köhne paint shop precedes this paint dryer. This Intec paint dryer with drying tunnel is in a very good, almost mint condition. The Köhne coating system before the Intec coat dryer is no longer in use, but can be purchased cheaply and used as a spare parts supplier. The conveyor system with cross transfer tractors can be purchased separately.
