Voortman V630 + VB1050

Voortman V630 drilling-sawing unit as a combination with Voortman V630 drilling unit and Voortman VB 1050 band saw for sawing and drilling steel profiles up to a profile size of 1000 mm.

The profile length to be processed is moved and measured via the X-axis with a roller measuring system. This roller transport system enables fast and uncomplicated material transport in the X-axis. The material is hydraulically clamped horizontally by two drive rollers and two pressure rollers. The clamping pressure is automatically adjusted steplessly depending on the profile dimension.

The Voortman VB1050 horizontal mitre band saw cuts +/- 45° and +/-60° and one-sided - 30°. The saw cutting range is 500 mm x 1130 mm at 90° (H x W), 500 x 725 mm at +/- 45°, 500 mm x 925 mm at +/- 60° and 500 x 470 mm at - 30°.
The Voortman VB 1050 bandsaw is suitable for use with Röntgen high performance bandsaw blades in the saw blade dimensions of 9,550 x 54 x 1.6 mm.

The Voortman V630 drill line is equipped with 3 drilling spindles and 3 tool changers with 5 positions each. The powerful drilling rig is designed with a high spindle speed of 100 to 2,500 rpm for machining with HSS inner coolant drills up to diameter 40 mm and for Kennametal KSEM carbide drills up to 32 mm. The tool holder for the drills, countersinks and tapping tools is SK 40. An embossing-signing unit for marking the profiles with letters and numbers is included.

The machine offer includes the approx. 20 m long infeed roller conveyor and outfeed roller conveyor. The infeed roller conveyor is driven. The cross drag system is available as an option but is not included in the quotation.  

The V630 drilling unit weighs approx. 7,500 kg, the saw weighs approx. 3,500 kg. So we have a total machine weight of 11 t. The marking unit for embossing numbers has an additional weight of 1,000 kg. The infeed and outfeed conveyor with cross conveyors weighs 2,000 kg per part.
Programming is done either at the machine or via a data interface from the office. Programming and transfer of CAD data is done in DSTV or DXF format. The connection to the office computer has to be made by the customer.
