The Peddinghaus FDB 600 drilling-flame cutting machine is ideally suited for simple drilling and flame cutting of steel sheets and flat steel in steel construction and plant engineering.

The Peddinghaus FDB 600 is designed for processing flat steel with a width of min. 80 mm and max. 600 mm as well as a material thickness of min. 6 mm to max. 50 mm. The processing length of the flame-cut parts is fixed at 6,000 mm by the material transport system or the roller conveyor. However, the Peddinghaus roller measuring system makes it possible to process longer sheet metal strips. For this purpose, the roller conveyor must be extended on the infeed side. However, the maximum transport weight that the FDB 600 can handle must be taken into account. Consultation with the Peddinghaus or Nenok application engineer is also necessary.

Peddinghaus FDB 600 drilling unit

The compact FDB 600 drilling rig is equipped with an integrated 3 spindle drilling unit. For drilling, the powerful HSS coolant channel drills from Nenok with the special steel construction flat grinding and the cooling lubricant Nencool are used.
The drilling unit is designed for a diameter range from ø 8 mm to max. ø 40 mm. The drilling spindles in this unit work with the fast hydraulic rapid traverse and drill feed.
The flame cutting unit is designed for oxy-fuel flame cutting of sheet thicknesses 6 mm to 50 mm. The gas type on this machine can be changed on request at extra cost.

The used FDB 600 is programmed by a Siemens CNC control at the machine or in the office. Through an easy to learn user software it gives the operator the possibility to cut out all necessary hole patterns and shapes.

The professional disassembly, the transport, the assembly as well as the corresponding operator training or the later machine service with the necessary spare parts supply are carried out on request by the service and spare parts department of the company Nenok from Cologne. The availability of spare parts is available through Peddinghaus as manufacturer of this machine as well as through the service of Nenok.
