The Peddinghaus FDB 600 plate processor from the Peddimat product range is suitable for automated drilling and oxy-fuel flame cutting of flat steel and steel sheets in steel construction.

The Peddinghaus FDB 600 is optimally suited for flame cutting of material widths from 80 mm to 600 mm, material thicknesses from 6 mm - 50 mm and a flat steel length (material exit length) in standard up to 6000 mm. In special cases, longer flat steels can also be processed by the roller feed system, depending on the plate weight. For this we recommend a consultation with our machine technician.

FDB 600 drilling unit

The FDB 600 plate processing machine has a stable drilling unit with 3 drilling spindles controlled by a hydraulic drill feed. The drilling capacity is designed for the use of HSS cooling channel drills in the diameter range from ø 8 mm to max. ø 40 mm. Use Nenok HSS coolant channel drills with the steel construction flat grinding and the cooling lubricant Nencool for high drilling performance.

FDB 600 Flame Cutting Unit

The flame cutting unit of the FDB 600 is designed for oxyfuel flame cutting with a propane or acetylene gas-oxygen mixture. The gas type can be changed on request at extra cost. A fan in the torch box ensures that the torch gases are removed. After the burning process, the finished drilled and burned out to size components can be removed from the discharge roller table.
